Kung Hei Fat Choi!
Today, we will be learning how to make a very delicious and very famous Chinese food of all time, the very tasty SIOMAI 
Here are the cheap Ingredients which makes our Siomai very delicious: 
1 1/2 lb ground pork
3/4 cup onion (minced)
3/4 cup carrots (minced)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
wonton or siomai wrapper  
DIPPING SAUCE:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon or calamansi

For us to make SIOMAI, we all have to follow these Procedures on how to create a very delicious SIOMAI: 
HOW TO MAKE SIOMAI:
Combine all the ingredients together except the wrapper.
Wrap the meat in wanton wrapper by placing about 1 tbsp of meat in the center of the wrapper then press all the sides to the middle leaving an open space on top.  (See pictures)
Place all the wrapped meat in the steamer.
Steam for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauce. 
Serve hot. Enjoy!
